About

Hi! My name is Lauren, I was born and raised in Sydney, Australia. I am passionate about design and how we interact with it every day, I love challenges and I love being creative.

My graphic design experience covers logo development, business cards and branding, printing, and a touch of web. I'm proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign. I can use Flash and AfterEffects, and I love CSS and typography.

I believe design and how we communicate has the power to enhance, change and influence messages and ideas. I believe in giving it your best, and striving to create something amazing and unique.

Education

I graduated from the University of Western Sydney with a Bachelor of Design Studies in late 2010.
I collected my Higher School Certificate in 2006, and my School Certificate in 2004.
Studying design expanded both my skills and interest, and as I continue to learn, I will enjoy every moment of it.

When I'm not working, I like to read, write, game, and take long scenic rides on my motorcycle. I enjoy cooking and eating, experimenting. I'm not an illustrator but I like to draw. I love architecture, and all kinds of interesting shapes and textures, both in nature and what we've built. I love learning new things, and remembering old things, and I love all the little things in life that make it a good ride.
