Wow, WAY too excited while I wait for this week's ep of Gossip Girl to buffer. Yes, Gossip Girl. My secret shame. I'm not a giggling kind of girl, or even a social kind of girl. I don't go to parties or drink anymore even. Occasionally I'll have a nice day long shop but that's about it. The parallels between my life and Gossip Girl type characters are, well, there are no parallels. And yet, I CAN'T STOP WATCHING IT.
Hm scones last week, cookies this week? Sounds like I bake alot, but it just happens that I decide to update after I'm done baking something! Pretty lazy day, cookies are delicious, took Seamus the turtle out for some sunning, finally did my laundry. Oh and lasagne tonight.. Yeap, my life does revolve alot around food.
Scones went well. I always freak out while they're in the oven hoping they're not going to come out super hard and inedible. Absolutely craving sweets and all those deliciously terrible for you things.. Happens here and there, usually I'm a savory kinda girl. Although.. Yeah.. A burger right now would be pretty damn good too.. Eek.
Added a shoutbox. Ohhh man I miss the days of shout boxes, tag boards and guest books. The commenting and "like"ing everything, I don't know.. Maybe I need to get with the times. But in the meantime, shoutbox for icy-blue!
Oh and I plan to make scones today as a pretty excuse to eat cream.. Mm.. Cream..
